Alpha is a great way to make new friends in a relaxed, friendly environment while exploring some of the big questions of life together. Register on eventbrite here
Over 2.5 million people in the UK have been on Alpha. It is a course which is designed particularly for people who wouldn’t normally go to church, but is open to anyone who wants to explore some of life’s biggest questions, such as whether God is real, why suffering exists, and what life is really all about.
What can I expect?
Every week at Alpha you will get to share a meal with people on your table, hear a short talk on an interesting topic and then get the chance to discuss the issues raised in an open and honest manner, where no question is too simple or too hostile. It’s a great place to build friendships, some of which last beyond the course. If you are coming with friends you can choose to sit together. If you want a sneak preview search "alpha film series intro" on youtube.
What does it cost?
Alpha is completely free of charge and includes a free two-course meal every week. How good is that!
Where and when is it?
Alpha takes place at The Friary on Tullideph Road. The start of the next Alpha course is on Sunday, 7th October at 6pm and will run until Dec 9th.
